To search for property information, please visit assessordata.org or assessordata.com.
Try using assessordata.org first. It is a free site that lists basic information. The basic information on assessordata.org will give total square footage, but it does not have the square footage broken down by level, and many other features of the property are not listed (outbuildings, attachments, etc...)
Some municipalities choose pay an extra fee to provide a more detailed report to the public free of charge at assessordata.org so you may find the information you need listed there.
NOTE: If you do not see the square footage for a property that has improvements on it on when you are at assessordata.org, that means the property is most likely a certified skip and has not been viewed. Please contact our office to discuss such a property. We may be able to pull the physical record cards to obtain information from previous assessments, but it would not be the most current information available as we have not been able to view the property.
If you find that the information on assessordata.org is the basic information only, and you require more detailed information (such as breakdown by floor), please try assessordata.com.
Assessordata.com requires a site registration. Once registered you have instant access to the full property record sheets of any municipality that we work with, except, as noted above: Certified Skips will not have information listed, and it is best to call us before spending money at assessordata.com only to find out that it is not available online. We will do our best to help you obtain that information, but it might take a little longer to obtain the physical record card.
TO USE: When at Assessor Data, choose the county from the left drop-down menu, and then choose the municipality from the right hand menu. Enter the parcel number you're looking for.
NOTE: It helps to look at the example parcel listed to see how the site wants you to format the number.
